The boutique began in 2001 as a gallery in Abingdon, Maryland, and later moved to Phoenix. It was established by a licensed nurse and a certified esthetician, and Deborah Campbell is the founder and owner.

The salon describes itself as the first luxury lash extension exclusive boutique in Maryland. It says it was rated the number one lash boutique by Google in 2019, 2020, 2021 and 2025. The business also mentors young people who want to enter the lash industry as artists.

Each lash appointment is individual, with the application tailored to the client, and fills are not done by counting lashes. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks, and extensions are said to last about six weeks. Clients are asked to arrive five minutes early with clean lashes and contacts removed. The founder says the treatment is pain-free and that many clients fall asleep during it.

Tools are washed, soaked in Cavicide overnight and sanitized under UV, and single-use disposable items are used. Dyson air purifiers and floor cleaning equipment are used in the space. The boutique has free parking and is handicap accessible.

A half set called the Beginner Lash Experience is offered to new clients, using classic NovaLash, Xtreme Lash or mink lashes. Bridal Lash Artistry asks for lash services to start three to five weeks before the event, with two appointments as a minimum, and includes before and after photos at the first and second visits. Parties of four or more receive a discount on bridal lash services. Mobile lash service is for current clients only, with an added charge of 140 dollars, and covers Baltimore, Harford and Cecil counties, scheduled in advance on Mondays and Fridays.

Each appointment is individual, with a tailored application and no lash counting for fills.
