Bookings are required, so the studio does not accept walk-ins. First-time clients begin with an initial session in one of five brow services: hair-stroke microblading, a combined microblading and shading treatment, ombre brows, brow work designed for men, or corrective work. Each client completes a medical and consent form at the time of booking. People with certain medical conditions or on some prescription medications must first provide a note from a doctor. Anyone under 18 cannot receive treatments.

Before treatment, clients are asked to avoid alcohol and caffeine for 24 hours, retinol, Retin-A, tretinoin and acid serums for four weeks, and Botox or injectable fillers from two to three weeks before until four weeks after. Previous permanent makeup in the treatment area must be approved before booking. Clients allergic to lidocaine, tetracaine or epinephrine can have treatment without anesthetic, and those with metal or color allergies can arrange a patch test at least 48 hours ahead.

Aftercare is detailed. Clients keep water, sun, sweating and makeup off the brows and eye area until flaking ends, about 7 to 14 days, and avoid exercise and heavy sweating on the treatment day and for 14 days after. Each client receives one Skin Candy balm with instructions, and extra balms can be added at booking. The business notes brows may look about 40% darker and 15% thicker during the first seven days after microblading. Disposable items are used throughout the process.

Cancellations need at least 48 hours notice, and one cancellation or one reschedule per appointment is free if made before that window. Later changes carry inconvenience fees. Clients who arrive late should contact the business before their appointment, and a no-show receives a 50% refund of the treatment price and must pay in full to rebook.
