The studio is open Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday, with shorter hours on Friday and Saturday and a late Thursday. It is closed on Mondays, Wednesdays and Sundays.

Many services take a deposit at booking: $20 for new clients on most services, and $15 on a few, including brow tinting and lash tinting. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, but approval must be completed before the appointment. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged automatically to the card on file. A cancellation made within 24 hours costs $20 unless the appointment is rescheduled when cancelling, and a client who arrives late without cancelling is charged half the service price.

Monthly memberships for lash extensions come in four tiers, from CYT at $100 to Volume at $165 per month. Each includes either two refills or one full set a month, and the benefits apply automatically at checkout in store when a client books through the services page.

Lash refills are offered when a client still has at least half of their natural lashes, and the lash artist decides whether a full set is needed instead.

Lash extensions are offered across a graded range, from a light, soft look to a dense one, and the lash artist makes the call on whether a refill or a full set suits the lashes present.
