Haircolor options include balayage, gray blending, highlights and lowlights, with separate menus for women and men. Haircuts are offered for women, men and children. The salon describes itself as a premier hair salon and says its stylists are highly skilled and offer luxury hair care; these are the salon's own descriptions.

Extension services use premium human hair and cover tape-in, hand tied, keratin (K-tip), I-tip and clip-in methods. Each method has its own upkeep: tape-in needs move-ups every 6 to 8 weeks, hand tied every 4 to 6 weeks with mini move-ups in between, I-tip every 4 to 6 weeks, and keratin strands typically last 3 to 5 months with proper care. Two methods can be combined. Extension consultations are free and take about 15 minutes. The salon states its extension stylists are certified.

Hair replacement is a non-surgical option in which a custom-made system is bonded to the scalp. Each system is matched to the client's hair color, density, texture, hairline and head shape. The process starts with a private consultation, then custom design, professional application, and styling and education. It is offered to men and women with thinning or baldness, to clients with alopecia or medical hair loss, and to people who are not candidates for a hair transplant. The salon states its hair replacement stylists are certified and says its systems are lightweight, breathable and secure enough for daily activities, sports and swimming, and that most clients feel like themselves again after the first appointment.

Appointments can be booked through the Book Now button on the website or by phone. The studio is closed Sunday and Monday, takes Tuesday by appointment only, and is open Wednesday from noon to 6pm, Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 11am to 5pm and Saturday 9am to 3pm. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.

Hair replacement is planned around a private consultation and a custom-made system, with the stated aim of helping clients regain confidence.
