Clients range in age from infants to 94, and the salon has run fundraising events for community causes. The salon describes itself as the #1 salon in South Philly. A South Philly Review article reports that the salon earned Readers' Choice recognition as the top hair salon, and the salon describes its reputation as award-winning.

Clients can book by calling 215-468-6282 or walk in. Anyone who wants to talk first can take a free consultation. Every service is offered a la carte, and pricing is tiered based on designer experience and demand. Cash and all major credit cards are accepted, and gift certificates are available.

Education is offered inside the salon. Designers can take in-salon classes, and customized programs are available for those who want to build skills or are newly out of school. The owner leads a weekly class for designers fresh out of school on craft and on running a business. Education is provided by Diane Bosco along with guest artists from around the world.

Designers are kept current on cut and color trends through education. The salon's stated vision is to help people build careers and relationships, grow confidence and self-esteem, and make the world more beautiful.
