The menu is organized around haircuts, color, extensions, styling, treatments, add-ons and packages. The salon describes its cuts and treatments as customized to each client's hair. Add-on treatments can be attached to a color or styling visit, and a color consultation is free and takes about 15 minutes.
Longer cuts include a luxury wash and blowout, and there is a separate cut for kids up to age 6. Color runs from roots and all-over color through mini foils, partial and full highlights, and hand-painted balayage. Extensions are offered as tape-ins and weft installations, and an extension consultation is available first.
Blowouts can be booked on their own or as packages: three-visit and four-visit bundles for basic, deluxe and grand blowouts. The Brazilian Blowout Keratin Treatment is available for frizz and shine. Gift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
To hold an appointment, the salon requires a valid credit card, which is not charged when the booking is made. Changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Clients get one courtesy no-show per year; after that, the card on file is charged 50% of the scheduled service. Buy Now, Pay Later can be used for bookings between $50 and $4,000, but approval has to be completed in person before the appointment.
The salon describes its cuts and treatments as customized to each client's hair, and appointments are not rushed.
