Lash extensions come in volume, hybrid and natural styles, and volume fullness can be adjusted from subtle to bold. A regular fill requires keeping 60 percent of lashes and booking within 14 days, otherwise an extended fill is needed. An extended fill requires keeping 40 percent of lashes and booking within 21 days, otherwise a full set is needed.

Booking terms are firm. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged half the service price, same-day cancellations are charged the full service fee, and no-shows pay the full price and cannot book future appointments. Clients have a 15-minute grace period, and retainers, deposits, services and treatments are non-refundable.

Individualized care is the emphasis, with facial schedules and maintenance plans adjusted to each client's skin needs. Facials are typically recommended every three to four weeks, and clients are advised to book a facial three to five days before an event.
