Walk-ins are welcome, though a 25% deposit is required when booking. Cancellations or rebooking requests need at least 24 hours' notice, and deposits are not refunded for cancellations or missed appointments without that notice. Hours are Monday and Tuesday from 3 to 7 PM, Wednesday from 6 to 9 PM, Thursday through Saturday from 10 AM to 7 PM, and Sunday closed. The studio is not set up for children. Staff speak English and Spanish, WiFi is available, and payment is accepted by cash, debit card, Discover, Visa and MasterCard.

Treatments are meant to support healing, beauty and confidence, with recovery work, aesthetic treatments and wellness services offered side by side.
