Color is the core of the menu. Balayage is hand-painted and shaped to each client's haircut and facial features, priced from $390 to $445. Other options include full and half head highlights, Air Touch, foilayage, babylights, root shadow, toner for unwanted undertones, and color or clear gloss. Color correction is booked only after a consultation. Wella Pure Perfection ammonia-free color is one of the lines the salon uses.
Treatments include Olaplex and Oribe repair treatments, plus keratin options for reducing frizz and smoothing hair. The salon is a certified K18 salon and offers the K18 Molecular Repair treatment. Its Cezanne Keratin Smoothing Treatment is formaldehyde-free. K-Tip keratin bond extensions are applied strand by strand, starting at $1,300.
The salon works primarily by appointment and is open Monday through Saturday, closed on Sundays, with Sunday appointments for VIP members on special request. Clients can book through the online reservation system, where they can choose a preferred stylist by availability, by phone, or through Instagram. Walk-ins are welcome depending on stylist availability, and a daily waitlist contacts clients by text or call when a slot opens. New clients for color, balayage or extensions can have a free 15-minute consultation in person or by video. Blowouts are not included with highlights or single color services and must be booked separately, and haircuts are booked after balayage or highlights when both are done. Clients may bring inspiration photos for a haircut. Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and a 15-minute grace period applies to late arrivals. Gratuity is not included in prices; the salon suggests 18 to 20 percent.
The salon hosts private events such as Glam Parties and bridal brunches, with buyouts arranged through the events coordinator and wedding bookings handled by a bridal concierge. Honey Packages bundle color, cut and treatment services. The Upper East Side location is described as fully ADA-compliant and wheelchair accessible, has gender-neutral restrooms, and is a short walk from the 6 and Q subway stations, with several secure parking garages within two blocks.
