The main salon line, (302) 272-5831, is available if an artist has not reached out, and new guests are asked to text or call the management line at that number. Clients are encouraged to send photos of their hair and inspiration images before an appointment, and a detailed consultation is offered before each visit.

The spa team works on the second and third floors of the building. Services are grouped into hair, makeup, spa, nails, and bridal, and include color, extensions, facials, lashes, waxing, and Botox or chemical peels with a nurse practitioner on site. Bridal artists travel to the wedding location, and bridal glam can be booked through a single call once the client has checked an artist's availability for the date.

Scheduling changes need at least 48 hours notice. Changes made within 24 hours of an appointment carry a fee set by each artist, and a missed appointment without a call requires a 50% deposit on future services to hold the next booking. Clients more than 10 minutes late may have services rescheduled or modified and may be charged an extra fee. Concerns about a service should be raised with the artist within one week, and each artist resolves them. Product refunds apply only to products bought at the salon at a first appointment and require an in-person meeting with the artist.
