Every visit can start with a complimentary consultation of about 15 minutes to talk through hair goals and budget. Services are grouped into blonding, coloring, cuts and styling, extensions and treatments, and add-ons such as extra time for thick or long hair are available.

Blonding runs from mini and partial services to touch-ups for grown-out highlights and full blonding, which lightens the entire head with heavy highlights or babylights. Coloring includes root touch-ups, custom solid shades, dimensional color, and transformational color for fantasy shades, color blocking and corrections.

Extensions are one of the salon's specialties, with several methods for length, volume and fullness. Installation begins with an initial consultation, takes about two hours and is currently offered to existing guests only.

Payment is accepted by cash, check, debit and credit cards, and Apple Pay, but not Venmo or CashApp. Tipping is optional and cash only. Cancellations made less than 48 hours ahead carry a $50 fee, and those made less than 24 hours ahead carry a 50% fee. Children under 12 who are receiving a service must be accompanied by an adult.
