The color menu includes full, partial and mini foil services, each available with a cut and style or as a foil alone, along with glosses and root touch-ups. Cutting ranges from kids' cuts and clipper cuts to bang trims and wash-cut-style appointments. Styling, Brazilian Blow Out and conditioning treatments, and lip and eyebrow waxing round out the menu, with lip waxing starting at $13 and eyebrow waxing starting at $18. Nail services are provided by a licensed nail technician.

Clients are asked to keep a credit card on file to book any service. The card is only charged if the cancellation or no-show policy is broken, which means cancelling or rescheduling at least 24 hours ahead or facing a 50% charge of the booked service for late cancellations or no-shows. Cancellations are made by phone. Hair adjustments are free within 7 days of the original appointment, and later adjustments may be charged. Tips can be left in cash or through Venmo, since card tips are not accepted, and no refunds are offered. Gift cards can be purchased through the website.

The salon is open Wednesday and Thursday from 10 AM to 8 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 4 PM. It is closed Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
