The facial menu is organized by age group and skin concern. It includes a 45-minute teen option for ages 13 to 17, along with 60-minute facials for adult acne, calm and anti-inflammation care, dermaplaning, collagen and firming, hydration, men's skin care, and brightening and lightening. Physical extractions are not performed; the spa uses other methods to clear cellular debris.

Chemical peels come in medical-grade options as well as organic and enzyme peels. They are offered in series of sessions and packages rather than as one-off visits. Eye treatments are shorter, at 20 minutes each.

Body treatments include back facials in acne, deep cleaning, and brightening and lightening versions, back and full body scrubs, full body wraps in brightening, detox and cellulite versions, arm and hand treatments, and a vajacial. Body treatments can be adjusted to each client's needs.

Spa day celebration packages begin with a sea salt foot soak with essential oils, tea and a small snack, then add a facial or body treatment and a choice of hand or foot treatment. Options run from about one hour to three hours.

Waxing is done with premium European natural wax, and 100% organic sugaring is offered for the face, body, underarms, legs, arms, brows and Brazilian areas. Makeup and hair-dos for weddings, engagements and other events are available in studio or on location, with extra fees for location work and for long or heavy styles.

The spa says its facial and body products are certified organic and vegan and that these are used on request for body treatments.

According to the spa, the experience is meant to be relaxing.
