Yvonne Nahl founded the company and leads it as CEO; she is also a Master Esthetician. Her career began in 1984 with a business in the South Bay area of California, which she ran for more than 13 years before expanding to sites near Laguna Beach. Earlier in her career she trained and worked in Toronto, Vancouver and Amsterdam before making California her base. The Ayurvedic services draw on training with numerous Ayurvedic practitioners, several of them in India. The Ayurvedic menu includes a 90-minute Destress Renewal Package that combines shirodhara with herbal tea afterward, along with Ayurvedic body work that uses organic aromatherapy blends.

A visit begins with booking by phone, text or online, and clients may ask for a male or female therapist. First-time clients are asked to arrive 15 minutes early to complete forms. Phones should be switched off before entering, and conversation is kept quiet during treatments. Gratuities are not included in treatment fees and can be paid in cash or added by credit card. Parking is complimentary. Cancellations need at least 24 hours notice, and late cancellations incur a fee of 50% of the regular price unless a doctor's note is provided. Hours are Tuesday to Friday 11:30am to 5:30pm and Saturday 9:30am to 6:50pm, with Sunday closed.
