The color menu runs from a standalone gloss to full highlights and balayage or ombré, with options that add a haircut or a root smudge. Several highlight services include a gloss, and balayage and ombré include a finishing tonal gloss. A 30-minute consultation, listed at no charge, is available to talk through color or extension plans before booking.

Extension work covers move ups for existing extensions, re-sews, and new installs. Re-sews require extensions already in place and are usually booked after two or three move ups. Hand-tied installs are offered as a new install option, while hidden row installs are an advanced method that tucks beads between two wefts and needs a re-sew every eight to ten weeks. A hidden row move up involves fully removing and re-sewing the hair.

Hair services include haircuts, updo styling and a bridal up-style trial. Stand-alone haircuts are offered only to existing clients, and the studio does not take new clients for them.

The studio is open Monday through Wednesday from 10 AM to 8 PM, Thursday from 11:30 AM to 8 PM, and Friday from 10 AM to 5 PM, and is closed on weekends. Bookings require 48 hours' notice to cancel, and gift card sales are final.
