Services are by appointment only. The salon is open Monday, Thursday and Friday from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, with Sunday visits by appointment. A free consultation is offered, and consultations for personal beauty advice, in person or over Zoom, are listed at $45. Clients are asked to send photos of their hair from the front, back and sides, along with the style they want, before the visit. Booking involves an agreement and an invoice sent before the appointment, with full prepayment. Services priced at $250 and up require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold the time. Appointments need to be confirmed 48 hours ahead. Cancellations or changes made up to 48 hours before service receive a 50% refund, and later cancellations are charged the full scheduled cost. A 15-minute grace period applies from the start time, and late clients are asked to call or text.

The salon offers handmade, all-natural hair oils and butters along with other hair products, including Intense Moisture Restore and Moisture Oil, and these can be delivered without contact. The salon describes itself as the best beauty salon in Bowie and as offering the best natural healthy hair care services in Maryland. Parking, Wi-Fi, disabled access and debit or credit card payment are available.
