The studio removes hair from the face and body using both waxing and sugaring. Sugaring uses a natural sugar paste. The menu runs from single areas such as the upper lip, underarms or feet up to half-body and full-body services, and it includes combined full-body packages.

Beyond hair removal, the studio offers eyebrow waxing, tinting and lamination, eyelash tinting, and facial treatments. These include dermaplaning, high frequency, and a vajacial for the pubic area, which the studio says can only be done on hair-free skin. The vajacial page says the treatment can help with acne prevention and skin discoloration, according to the studio. Hydrojelly masks come in several formulas, each aimed at a different skin goal such as calming, pore cleansing, detoxifying, brightening or moisturizing, and a Power blend combines several of them.

Bookings are made online through the studio's Glossgenius page, where each service has its own booking option. Listed hours are 8 AM to 12 PM on Mondays, 8 AM to 6 PM Tuesday through Thursday, 8 AM to 4 PM on Fridays, and 8 AM to 12 PM on weekends. New clients booking Brazilian services are asked to pay a deposit. A 30% cancellation fee applies to arriving more than five minutes late, no-shows, cancellations, and rescheduling within 12 hours of the appointment. Gift cards come in set amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.
