Care is delivered through a direct primary care membership. Monthly dues are $80 for adults aged 18 to 54 and $90 for adults 55 and older, with a one-time $50 enrollment fee. Members have unlimited office visits with no copay, appointments lasting 30 to 60 minutes, same-day or next-day openings when available, and phone, text, or email contact with their provider between visits. Membership also provides wholesale pricing on labs, imaging, and common medications, along with annual wellness and preventive care and ongoing management of chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and thyroid disease, with specialist coordination as needed. The clinic says the Direct Primary Care Coalition recognizes its membership model. Visits are not billed to insurance, and membership is not a substitute for insurance covering hospital stays, surgeries, or specialist procedures. No long-term contract is required; paying annually brings savings, and payment plans are available. Employers can offer membership to their staff, and self-employed people can join the individual plan. New patients may book a free 15-minute meet and greet to decide whether membership suits them. A non-member visit costs $120.

The aesthetic and wellness side of the clinic includes Triton laser hair removal, performed in the office on the face, body, and intimate areas, and EmpowerRF treatments developed by InMode. EmpowerRF covers Morpheus 8 Face and Body, a radiofrequency microneedling treatment for the face, neck, and body, and Intimate Wellness Rejuvenation, which uses radiofrequency applicators for concerns in the intimate area. Medical weight loss is a provider-supervised, cash-pay program using prescription GLP-1 medications, including semaglutide and tirzepatide, with lab work and follow-up visits. Hormone replacement therapy for women and men uses bioidentical hormones in cream, patch, injection, or pill form, begins with a symptom review and labs, and generally requires an initial in-person visit; the clinic does not offer pellet therapy. Members save 10% on wellness and aesthetic add-ons and receive priority scheduling for these services.

IV therapy and injections are cash-pay services that do not require membership. IV infusions take roughly 30 to 45 minutes in the office, while injections take under five minutes. Options include the Myers Cocktail, NAD+ therapy, Immune Boost, Migraine Relief, Hangover Relief, and Hydration, plus B12 and Lipo-Mino-Mix-C injections, glutathione, and vitamin D3. Members get priority scheduling and 10% off infusion and injection appointments. Cherry financing, a buy now, pay later option, is available for EmpowerRF treatments.
