The full sets range from a one-to-one classic application that adds length, curl and a darker lash line, with lengths up to 16mm, to hybrid sets that combine classic lashes with volume fans. Wet sets use closed fans for a defined, spiky finish. Volume sets use fans no longer than 14 to 16mm, and the studio describes that style as the definition of luxury and artistry. Anime sets need 80 to 90 percent coverage, and colored sets come in bright hues such as brown, purple, blue, red and green. A Custom Brown Set is tailored to each client's lash needs, and a Mini Set applies lashes to about half of the natural lashes.

Fill-ins are timed to the last set. Classic fills are recommended every two to three weeks, while hybrid and volume fills are offered within 21 days of the last set or fill when at least 40 percent of lashes remain. Wet look fills need to be done within two to three weeks, and anything past 24 days is treated as a full set. Mini set fills are offered within seven days. Lash removal uses a gel or cream remover to take off extensions.

Other services include a semi-permanent lash lift, which curls natural lashes and holds the curl for six to eight weeks, and eyebrow lamination, which sets brow hairs into a fuller shape and lasts five to six weeks. First-time clients can book a New Lash Client Set and choose a wet, hybrid or volume style. Friends can book together and receive $15 off after both appointments. Lash models can book discounted full sets in exchange for photos and videos used as content. The portfolio also includes a dermaplane facial.

The studio runs a three-day lash course priced at $650 for 300 minutes, which includes a full lash kit for 40 clients, lash theory, a vendor list, Barbacide Certification, Lash Certification and business tips. A second listing of the same course is priced at $700. Hours vary by day: Monday 7:30 PM to 10 PM, Tuesday 6:30 PM to 9 PM, Wednesday closed, Thursday 9 AM to 2 PM, Friday 5:30 PM to 9 PM, Saturday 8 AM to 2 PM and Sunday 8:30 AM to 4 PM.

Deposits are $30 for most lash services, $15 for mini set fills, $10 for a new client's eyebrow lamination, $20 for model sets and $200 for the lash courses. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment carry a 100 percent fee of the service total, and last-minute cancellations within 24 hours forfeit the deposit. Clients who no-show cannot book future appointments and are charged the full fee.
