The space has a modern, relaxed bohemian feel. Complimentary seasonal cocktails and lattes are offered. The salon is closed on Mondays, open until 8pm Tuesday through Thursday, open until 6pm Friday and Saturday, and open from 11am to 8pm on Sundays.

Consultations are free, either virtual or in person, including for clients who aren't sure what to book. Custom full and partial color is priced a la carte without toners or add-ons, while color packages are priced according to time, product and the look wanted. Blonding may take two to three sessions.

Extensions are kept in-house, so installation is usually the same week depending on availability. Pricing depends on method, length and how much hair is needed, and an exact quote is given after consultation. Maintenance falls every four to twelve weeks depending on the method, and the salon says extensions with proper care last nine to twelve months or longer. Clients can bring old extensions in for a move-up, though the salon won't reuse hair it considers compromised.
