Clients get a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, after which a $25 late fee applies and the appointment may be canceled after 20 minutes. Clients who do not call and do not show cannot book future appointments.
The remaining balance is paid after service by Zelle, Apple Pay, Chime or exact cash. Cash App is not accepted. Packages let clients buy services in bulk and use them at any time. Clients who bring their own hair for feed-ins or knotless braids must use 24-inch hair, and the price stays the same either way because pricing is based on time and effort. Very long or very thick hair, or hair arriving untangled, calls for an add-on. Changes to the booked style, size or length at the appointment may add fees or time.
