Pricing depends on hair length, thickness, the style requested and, for dreads and wicks, whether the job starts from scratch, involves cleaning or is a refresh. Box, knotless and bohemian braids start at $80 for jumbo shoulder length and run up to $340 for small waist length, with twists following the same length and size scale. Jumbo sizes are listed as 10 to 15 braids and large sizes as 20. Hip-length versions of these styles are a $40 add-on for jumbo or large sizes only.

Extensions are not included in the listed prices. Clients either bring their own or ask the braider to source them. Booking starts with a text or Instagram message that includes photos of the hair and the style wanted. Dreads, wicks, festival braids and custom braids are quoted from a photo of the hair.

Each booking begins with a message about the client's hair and the style they want, so the work is planned before the appointment.
