Threading is the core of the menu. The method removes hair from the follicle with a twisted cotton thread, works on the hair rather than the skin, and uses no chemicals or wax strips. Most threading appointments are stated to take under 15 minutes. Artists take time to learn each client's brow goals and keep track of preferences for later visits.

Beyond brows, the menu includes eyebrow and lash tinting, brow lamination to lift, set and style brows, lash lifts, and lash extensions ranging from natural lift-and-tint looks to full clusters. Body waxing covers individual areas and full-body options, with or without a full Brazilian wax; the Brazilian is offered for women only. Face waxing and a mini and regular facial round out the services.

Menu prices are stated as final, with no add-ons or hidden charges. No appointment is needed for walk-in visits. Hours are Monday to Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM and Sunday 11 AM to 6 PM.
