The studio has operated as a private practice out of the owner's home for six years. It occupies a 1921 bungalow in Congress Park and is set up as a private, intimate room with a heated memory foam table and fine linens. Services are by appointment only, and the address and directions are sent in the confirmation email after booking online.

Facials are the core of the menu, ranging from a 30-minute Mini Facial to the 120-minute Dr Hauschka Classic Treatment. Treatments are tailored to each visit rather than following a fixed spa routine. Chemical peels include a Sorella four-peel collection with a prepping solution and a retinol booster, aimed at hyperpigmentation and acne scarring and usually booked as a series of three peels spaced four weeks apart. A gentler Fresh Face Teen Facial is designed for teens and tweens.

Add-ons include extra massage, Celluma Pro LED therapy, an eye treatment with a lifting massage and hydrating eye patches, and a 4% retinol boost that can go on any facial. The studio is not run by a dermatologist or medical doctor and does not diagnose or treat skin disorders; concerns outside skincare are referred to a medical professional.

Skincare consultations are offered in person, free for local clients, or virtually by Zoom or FaceTime for $60. Clients complete an intake form before the appointment. In-person consultation clients receive 10% off retail products bought on the day of the visit. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval before the appointment. Products can also be picked up free from the front porch daily at a time the client selects.
