Holistic Spa KIREI was founded by Miho Sakagami, a licensed esthetician in Washington. The spa aims to combine skin care with stress relief and relaxation, treating body and mind together.

Visits begin with a skin analysis. A skin analyst checks the skin's condition and moisture level under a magnifying lamp and then chooses a facial program. Treatments are adjusted to the skin's condition on the day, and clients can add options such as Vitamin C, oxygen, moisturizer or an antioxidant.

The menu centers on named facials for dry skin, acne, hyperpigmentation and anti-aging, along with a 30-minute lymph massage. Treatments are booked online or by phone, and many are sold as series of four, with packages valid for one year. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice or 75% of the treatment price is charged, and no-shows are charged the full price.

Each facial is selected after a skin analysis and adjusted on the day, with the aim of pairing skin care with relaxation.
