The approach combines traditional Chinese methods with newer healing techniques and massage styles from other countries, including Swedish and Thai work. Head spa treatments use traditional Chinese herbal formulas, and the center says they can help with dry or oily scalp, dandruff, sensitivity and hair thinning.

Head spa and head massage are the center's best-known services, from a 60-minute classic scalp treatment to longer sessions that add a face mask and egg therapy. Body massage covers Swedish, deep tissue, Chinese tuina, Thai table, cupping, hot stone and Himalayan salt stone styles, priced by service and by the hour, with a couple's option for two people side by side in one room.

Walk-ins and scheduled appointments are both welcome. Bookings can be made online or by text, but new clients must first email the required intake and insurance benefit forms before an appointment can be set. The center is an in-network provider with PREMERA and also accepts personal auto injury protection claims. Medical massage is by appointment only and requires a doctor referral.

Payment by credit, debit, Apple Pay or Google Pay carries a small transaction fee, while cash has none. Each therapist keeps a separate tips account, so guests are asked to tip each therapist individually, preferably in cash. Gift cards are available.
