Each protocol is designed for one client rather than a group. The signature 90-day protocol brings together infrared therapy, mesotherapy, lymphatic drainage and personalized coaching, and it runs in three phases: Foundation on days 1 to 30, Acceleration on days 31 to 60 and Mastery on days 61 to 90. The business says the plan is meant for long-term change rather than quick fixes.

A first visit begins with a personalized wellness conversation, and first-time guests receive a complimentary private consultation. Clients then get a step-by-step plan. Local cryotherapy, infrared sauna and mesotherapy are done in person, while virtual consultations for wellness planning and dietary coaching are offered alongside in-person work.

Individual sessions start at $125 for local cryotherapy, and most treatments range from $150 to $350 per session. Package pricing is available for multi-session commitments.
