Elaine Kroytor is the founder and lead practitioner of Holistic Rejuvenation Center, with over 20 years of experience in wellness practice. She founded the business after women in her circle asked about her approach.

Her credentials include Certified Holistic Practitioner, Biohacking Specialist, Holistic Nutrition and Mesotherapy Support, along with continuing education. Her work has covered infrared therapy, local cryotherapy, PEMF, red light therapy and holistic nutrition, and she works with women navigating menopause and peri-menopause.

She designs personalized multi-month plans that combine biohacking tools, nutrition, treatment protocols and ongoing coaching, and she also designs restorative wellness experiences for busy executives.
