About

Holistic Mind & Beauty has been serving clients since 2007 from its Miami location. The business takes a holistic approach that considers the mind, body and spirit together. Its stated mission is to share awareness, empowerment and healing tools so people can find their life purpose, serving the Miami area and beyond. The business says it aims to keep its space welcoming and inclusive.

The skin menu is one of the largest parts of the business. Standard facials cleanse pores, exfoliate and address common skin concerns. Chemical peels are offered to improve texture and color and to address acne, spots, sun damage and natural aging. HIFU is a non-invasive option for lifting the neck, under the chin and the brow and for softening lines on the chest. Other options include LED facial therapy using natural photoactivation, diamond-tip microdermabrasion, microneedling with a Derma Pen to support collagen and address fine lines, sagging, acne and scars, and radiofrequency facials for toning and tightening. The PRP facial pairs microneedling with plasma made from the client's own blood. The website credits GML Medical Services for the PRP facial, HIFU and IV vitamin therapy pages.

Energy healing and coaching form another main area of the business. Services include Access Bars, a gentle head-focused treatment, EFT and TFT tapping, hypnosis and past life regression, and Reiki, available in person or remotely. Theta Healing, a meditation-based method, is also offered. According to the salon, Access Bars is used in over 100 countries by more than 500,000 practitioners and clients. Life coaching covers practical tools and methods for living in better balance and working toward goals, and spiritual life coaching is offered as well.

Body treatments use cavitation, radiofrequency and lipo laser to target stubborn fat on the abdomen, back, arms and legs. The site notes these are typically done in 10 to 12 weekly sessions and are not a weight loss solution; they are meant to be part of a diet and exercise routine. Maderoterapy is also listed as a reductive and firming body treatment. Beyond treatments, the business runs workshops and seminars on personal and professional goals, meditation and yoga classes including mindfulness meditation, and guided fluid painting sessions that can be used for team building. Personalized nutrition counseling with tailored meal plans is offered too. Payment is accepted by Zelle, cash and credit card.

The salon describes its wellness approach as holistic, treating mind, body and spirit as connected parts of a single whole.

The business aims to keep its setting welcoming and inclusive.
