Holistic Beauty LLC opened in March 2022 as a salon suite at 13949 Aldrich Avenue South, Suite 28, in Burnsville. Its founder, Jessi, brings about ten years in the beauty industry, having worked as a hairstylist, esthetician and massage therapist.

The suite offers hair services, skin services and massage. Hair work includes low maintenance, blended dimensional color, hair extensions, and hair and makeup for bridal events. The salon uses all-natural vegan products, including its hair color.

Booking is done online through the salon's booking site. A free 30-minute consultation in the salon is offered before a client books. A credit card is held on file to reserve an appointment. Payment is accepted by major credit card through Square, or in cash, and the salon does not keep change on hand. Clients who want an adjustment should reach out within 7 days of their service. Refunds are not offered.

Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time. A late cancellation is charged 50% of the scheduled service, and a missed appointment without notice is charged 100%. Late clients have a 15-minute grace period; after that the salon reaches out, and services may be shortened.

Hours are Tuesday 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, Wednesday 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on every other weekend. The salon is closed Monday, Thursday and Friday. Other days or hours can be requested by email.
