The spa calls its products plant-derived and anti-inflammatory, and says its clean beauty means leaving out ingredients it considers to have known health concerns. It notes that clean beauty is not a regulated term and that brands define it differently. Its curated skincare excludes parabens, phthalates, SLS and SLES, fragrance, talc, petrolatum and chemical sunscreens, and its lip products are free of phenoxyethanol. It does not use animal fats, collagen, beeswax, honey, royal jelly, propolis or nut oils, including argan. It does allow mandelic acid, which is derived from almonds, so clients are asked to report nut allergies before a service. Clients do not need an existing routine: staff examine the skin and suggest products and ingredients for a routine, and the spa retails the brands it uses in its facials.

Facials run from $165 to $315 and are priced by session length. The menu includes the spa's own named facials, several microdermabrasion and dermaplaning options, microcurrent, gua sha and manual lymphatic drainage. Facials use an oxygen dome, which the spa says is a Zemits OxiVelour delivering up to 93 to 95 percent pure oxygen, and the TheraFace Depuffing Wand, a heat or cold device offered as an add-on for the full face or eyes. Little Treats are abbreviated skincare services of 25 to 35 minutes, each including cleanse, treatment, moisturize and SPF, and the product consultation includes a skin analysis and a written morning and evening routine. Facials can be made pregnancy safe, except microcurrent. The spa recommends waiting two weeks after filler or Botox before a facial. Teens need a parent or guardian at drop-off, and anyone under 18 needs a parent or guardian at their first appointment. Children under 13 are not permitted.

Waxing uses soft wax strips for face and body, and a mix of hard and soft wax for Brazilian and bikini work. An anti-ingrown mask can be added to Brazilian and bikini waxing, followed by a warm herbal towel. Clients should not shave within two weeks of a wax, and hair should be about a quarter inch long. Brazilian and bikini waxing is recommended every three to six weeks. Returning clients booking within six weeks of their last wax can book the Bikini Club Brazilian Wax for $58 with no memberships or packages required, while new clients book a longer New Client Brazilian Wax for their first visit. The Vajacial and the Booty Facial are 40-minute intimate skin treatments at $195 each. The Vajacial is not a medical or skin lightening treatment, and the spa does not dig or break the skin to clear ingrown hair. Intimate services are offered only to clients with female anatomy, though the spa says it welcomes all gender identities.

Brow services include waxing, shaping, tinting, and tweezing and trimming without waxing. Brow shaping is priced by artist level, and a brow clean up covers only the areas above and between the brows. Tweezing focuses on pigmented hair rather than peach fuzz, and the spa says waxing gives a cleaner brow. Brow tints avoid formaldehyde, ammonia and coal tar, and the tint is removed after the service. A tint typically lasts three to four weeks on hair and one to two weeks on skin, depending on skin type. Results vary, and tinting is not suited to patchy or sparse brows. Brow club pricing applies to clients returning within six weeks of their last brow waxing. The spa also offers a crystal chakra alignment at $100 for 60 minutes, which does not include a facial.

Cancellations or reschedules can be made online at least 48 hours ahead. Deposits are nonrefundable, and a cancellation made within that window can apply the deposit to a later service as a gift card. Clients who cancel with less notice or do not attend are charged the full service price. The spa does not offer refunds for services or products, though it may swap a product that does not work out. Promotional gift cards expire after one year unless the card states otherwise. The spa closes when the local government declares a snow emergency and contacts clients to reschedule. The waiting area is unmonitored, so teens are not supervised during their services.
