The studio aims to be a relaxed, welcoming room where clients feel at ease. Each service is adjusted to the client, and the studio describes its work as high-quality and detail oriented. Clients complete intake forms, consent forms and any waivers before their appointment.

The studio is open Wednesday from 10 AM to 5 PM, Thursday from noon to 6:30 PM, Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 10 AM to 3 PM; it is closed Monday and Tuesday. Clients text the booking number, 617-593-6546, with questions or to schedule. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours carry a fee of 50% of the booked services, and within 24 hours a fee of 100%. No-shows are charged the full booking, removed from the client list and cannot book future appointments.

Services are tailored to each client, aiming to balance and highlight their natural features, in a relaxed setting with a detail-focused approach.
