The menu has 14 treatments, ten of them focused on the hair and scalp, three facials and one body treatment. Most sessions pair scalp work with massage, aromatherapy and a sound bath. Several hair options are done on dry hair, so there is no washing, including the Zen Dry Scalp Massage and Zen Dry Touch. Other treatments include a double shampoo, a halo rinse and a quick blow dry. Styling is sold as an add-on to the hair bath, essential oil and deluxe treatments.

Before a treatment, the Microscope Analysis takes a close look at the scalp under magnification, followed by scalp brushing, a detox spray, a custom essential oil treatment left on at home and a short scalp massage. The business notes that this analysis does not diagnose conditions. Two free hair bath samples are included with it.

Treatments are performed by licensed cosmetologists and estheticians. The business describes its atmosphere as a luxury experience. At Orem, clients check in with the receptionist, wait in the lobby, and are collected by their provider.

Monthly memberships come in three tiers: Restore at $75, Renew at $100 and Rejuvenate at $145. Each tier builds a monthly balance that can be spent on any service, and unused funds roll over. Members receive 10% or 15% off services and products depending on the tier, and the higher tiers include free Luxury Hair Baths. Memberships have no contract or cancellation fee, and remaining balances remain available for 12 months after cancellation. Monthly drafts and balances are non-refundable.

Booking policies apply to late cancellations, reschedules and no-shows. Cancelling with less than 48 hours notice carries a $50 fee, and with less than 24 hours notice 50% of the service is charged, with the full amount charged on a second occasion. Rescheduling inside 48 hours costs $25. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late may have their treatment shortened. A no-show is charged 50% of the booked treatment, and the full service on a second no-show. Gift cards can be bought online or picked up as a physical card by calling, and work at either location.
