Color is a large part of the menu. Balayage starts at $350 and is planned around a starting point, maintenance and grow-out, with time and price varying by plan. Partial highlights or balayage start at $280, full highlights at $350, and base retouch at $155. Full color starts at $200, and men's basic color is $70, though going lighter can change the price and time. Blonding on hair that has had permanent color or keratin treatment elsewhere begins with a consultation and a strand test.

The scalp and hair treatment side centers on the Korean Head Spa, which the salon describes as a scalp and hair treatment rather than a simple scalp massage. It starts at $130 for about an hour without blow dry, or $180 for about 105 minutes with blow dry, and includes carbonic acid, a clay cleanser, a deep conditioning infusion, a scalp massage and a tonic mist and serum finish. It is recommended every six weeks, or about monthly if the scalp builds up quickly. Scalp conditions such as dermatitis call for a consultation and photos first, and the treatment is not done over open wounds or active scalp flares. Hair cryotherapy starts at $150, and deep conditioning starts at $65 as an add-on. According to the salon, it has about 200 recurring clients.

Most washed services include a shampoo experience of about ten to fifteen minutes at no extra cost, built into the appointment time; the dry haircut is the exception. Shampooing happens on reclining Korean laying beds instead of sink bowls. Guests can have espresso, café con leche, hot tea or cold drinks during a visit, and those in services longer than four hours may ask for a complimentary lunch. The extension hair is sourced and provided at cost, and each installation includes a wash and prep.

Cancellations and changes need at least 48 hours notice, and changes can be made online up to 48 hours ahead. There are no fees for no-shows or last-minute cancellations, though repeat missed appointments may be reviewed case by case. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to services being modified or canceled. Payment is due at the end of the service. Active duty members, veterans, retirees and military spouses with valid ID receive 15% off every service.

Stylists look at texture, chemical history, condition, scalp and goals before recommending a service. The studio gives its reasoning for each recommendation and takes time to understand the hair before working on it.
