Facial options range from a 30-minute express treatment to an 85-minute UltimateGlow session that combines dermaplaning, gua sha lymphatic drainage, a massage, red LED and high frequency. There is also a men's facial with a double cleanse, enzyme exfoliation, a black pepper detox mask and beard oil. A dermaplane add-on can be booked with any facial.

Peels are not offered to new clients; a first facial at Hola Glow comes before any peel. Peel packages bundle three treatments, to be completed within four months of purchase. Packages expire without extensions and cannot be transferred. The nano-infusion facial package includes at least three sessions, usually spaced about four weeks apart.

A free 30-minute consultation covers goals, recommendations and a review of current skincare, so clients are asked to bring the products they use. Intake forms must be completed before any service. Clients should arrive five minutes early, and appointments are canceled after 15 minutes of lateness. Deposits are non-refundable, and a 25% fee applies to no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours. Children are not allowed during facials. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Hours are Monday and Friday 9 AM to 5 PM, Tuesday through Thursday 10 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday 8 AM to 4 PM. The salon is closed on Sundays. A waiting area with beverages and snacks is available.
