Every visit starts with a personalized consultation and includes a scalp massage and either a mini masque or a Max Repair treatment. Color visits also include a styling lesson covering tools, products and techniques. Nespresso, warm steamed towels and refreshments are offered during appointments.

Color is organized into three sessions. The Refresh Session, at $230 and about 2 hours, covers new growth or mini highlight touch-ups for hair up to 8 weeks grown out. The Signature Session, at $275 and about 2.5 hours, refreshes dimensional color and makes slight upgrades, and is usually needed every 7 to 9 weeks. The Ultimate Session, at $325 and about 3.5 hours, is for full transformations or long or thick hair, usually once or twice a year; an extra $40 applies if it runs to 4 hours. New guests have their own versions of these sessions, priced at $275, $330 and $375, that focus on brunette dimension, blonde or bronde tones and removing brassiness, and significant lightening.

Extensions include Invisible Beaded Row, Halo and Halo Couture options. The salon describes its beaded row method as the trendiest and fastest installed method on the market today. In that method a beaded row is formed and wefts are sewn onto it, with no heat, tape or glue. Installations may also be hand tied, IBE or Ultimate Tape-in. A $35 in-person or virtual consultation is required before extension services and is applied toward the balance. Enhance and Lux installs are $150 and $300, and include installation and color and blending customization, but not the hair. Halo Couture typically starts at $360, and Halo pieces range from $180 to $1,020 depending on length, density and type. Extension pricing covers the hair, the first install and initial color and blending, and the investment can be split into two payments. Color for natural hair is billed separately. Maintenance every 6 to 12 weeks can be a move-up at $110 or a full re-install at $177 or $350, with a $70 prep add-on that needs extra time at booking; 2-weft replacements are $245.

HeadSpa treatments include a 30-minute HeadSpa Reset at $55 and a 60-minute HeadSpa Scalp Facial at $95, which includes take-home care for maintenance. Smoothing services are the Smoothing Bath at $190, Soften Curl at $310 and Max Smoothing at $460, which can remove up to 90% of curl. The salon states its smoothing treatments are free of formaldehyde and aldehyde derivatives. The salon says it uses top-of-the-line hair color and products.

Policies: cancellations need 48 hours' notice, and later cancellations carry a $50 fee before rebooking. A no-show without notice requires a 100% deposit for future bookings. Clients more than 15 minutes late may be seen, but parts of the appointment may be adjusted. Refunds are not given for services performed; clients who are not satisfied can report it within 7 days for an adjustment at no added charge, though this does not cover services changed after agreement or hair altered elsewhere. Evening appointments are limited and priced at a premium. Payment accepts major debit and credit cards, contactless tap and Apple Pay, and cash, though change cannot be guaranteed.

Each client's color is blended individually, with notes kept for future visits. Maintenance is planned around hair goals, lifestyle and budget.
