HM Lip & Brow

HM Lip & Brow is a permanent makeup studio in Tucson, led by owner and artist Heather Mendoza. The studio is on the second floor of the Stratford Building at 7315 N. Oracle Rd, Suite 204, inside Precision Cosmetics. Visitors can enter through the glass double doors on the east side of the building, facing Oracle Road, next to The Good Feet Store. Suite 204 is on the left after coming up by elevator or stairs.

Services fall into two groups, Brows and Lips. Brow work includes powder brows, microblading, and combination brows, with the technique chosen during the consultation; brow services start at $500. Lip blush is a customized tint designed to add definition, bring back lost pigment, and give lips a fuller, more balanced look. It starts at $500.

Every appointment begins with a personal consultation. Brow and lip blush sessions each take about 2.5 to 3 hours and include mapping and custom design, custom color or pigment selection matched to the client, topical numbing, and detailed aftercare instructions. Initial healing takes roughly 7 to 10 days, and the final color settles over several weeks.
