Lash extensions are applied to individual natural lashes, one at a time, on the upper lashes only. The lower lashes are taped and a gel pad protects the lower eye area during the appointment. The studio follows up with a call or text 48 hours after a lash visit, and a powder room at the back of the studio is available for removing eye makeup and washing lashes beforehand.

Beyond lashes, the studio offers lash lifts, brow lamination, brow tinting and facial waxing for brows and small areas such as the lips, chin and nostrils. Its powder brow work is a semi-permanent, machine-applied pigment technique, different from microblading. A consultation is recommended before a first powder brow session, pigment is said to fade about half over time, and an annual touch-up is suggested. Cover-up and correction work is offered for brows tattooed or microbladed elsewhere, with photos emailed for review first.

Booking is available by text at (520) 333-5593 or online, and the studio entry code is emailed once an appointment is approved. A card is kept on file, and full sets require a deposit before approval. Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours notice, with fees of 25% for late cancellations, 50% for same-day cancellations and 100% for no-call, no-show appointments. The studio has a zero refund policy. Children may not wait in the lobby or service rooms, and guests may not accompany clients to services.

Each lash set is tailored to the client's eye shape, facial structure, natural lashes and lifestyle.

Fills for returning clients, from a 1 hour fill at $99 to a 2 hour refresh at $149, with a Mega Volume 2 Hour Fill also offered. Fills require at least 40% of extensions remaining; otherwise a new full set is booked. A New Client Fill at $129 covers a first visit with extensions applied by another artist, and Color Lash Add On starts at $10.
