The salon is described as sensory-friendly and as a small, plant-filled space. Clients can ask for a quiet appointment, a chatty one, music on or off, a no-mirror session, reduced stimulation or fragrance-free products. Sessions are gender free and gratuity free.

A first visit with a new client starts with an in-depth consultation before a 90-minute haircut that includes a detox mask, a hairbath, a personal style and a review of recommended products and at-home styling tips. Returning clients can book shorter maintenance cuts, a 60-minute haircut or a Curly Haircut for high-density hair, tight curls or a new look.

Color is handled with a consultation before any color service is booked, and that consultation can be held virtually on request. Partial and Full Lived-in Color are accepted case by case, with photos of current hair and inspiration emailed before scheduling. Lived-in color blends highlights and tones so grow-out looks soft and natural, and it works on all hair colors.

Booking is done online through the Booking page, and a waitlist through Square notifies clients when an opening appears. The suite is open Monday from 11 AM to 8 PM, Wednesday and Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM; Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday are closed. Payment is accepted by major credit and debit cards, Tap to Pay, CashApp and exact cash, and eGift cards are sold in set amounts or a custom amount.
