For MOXI and BBL treatments, clients avoid tanning for two to four weeks beforehand and stop retinoids and glycolic acids one week before. Microneedling is best booked at least two weeks before an event or trip, with a follow-up suggested five to six weeks after the first session, and packages are recommended. The office is on the third floor of the Saxon building, reached by elevator or stairs to suite 300. Hours are Monday 9 to 5, Tuesday 10 to 6, Wednesday to Friday 9 to 5, and every other Saturday 9 to 2, with other times by appointment. Changes or cancellations up to 48 hours ahead carry no penalty; later cancellations cost $50, cancellations within 24 hours cost $100, and a no-show fee is $150. Financing is available. The practice also runs training programs for injectors, with private sessions and shadow days.
