First-time guests are scheduled for 1 hour 30 minutes, and returning guests for 1 hour 15 minutes. A short men's cut or a women's pixie cut generally runs around an hour. Reservations can be made on the online booking page or by phone, text or email. Missed appointments are billed at the full price. Sara's California schedule repeats every four weeks, with four working days in that cycle.
Color is done with O&M, which the studio describes as eco-friendly and hypoallergenic, and says gives natural-looking gray coverage, bright blondes and long-lasting tones. Product lines were picked with allergies and skin sensitivities in mind, and clients who prefer their own products can bring them. Color services include a basic blow-dry, and a color service combined with a haircut is priced by adding the two prices and subtracting $20. Long-haired clients who only want small trims are welcome.
Built around the client's comfort: products are chosen with sensitivities in mind, the studio will not use any product a client is uncomfortable with, and it aims to accommodate unusual needs as far as it can.
