The salon describes itself as aiming to shift what clients expect from hair removal and skin care, and it welcomes men and women of every age, skin type, hair color and ethnic background.

Services are grouped into sugaring hair removal, waxing, facials, full body skin care, cosmetic services and therapeutic modalities. Sugaring is the core method. Eyebrow shaping, underarms and lower face are $26 each, the bikini areas start at $59, and Brazilian, Hollywood and The Bare All start at $79. The Male Facial Grooming Package starts at $49, regularly $76, and covers brow shaping and trimming, removing unwanted hair around the ears, nose, nostrils and cheeks, and minor clogged pore extractions as needed.

The sugar paste is made from sugar, lemon juice and water. It is applied without heat and is meant to lift hair without sticking to live skin or leaving a sticky film. Results are expected to last about three to four weeks, and regular maintenance every four to six weeks is recommended to reduce regrowth over time. Clients are asked to let hair grow to about an eighth to a quarter inch and to stop trimming at least a week before. Lotions, creams, serums, deodorant and antiperspirant should be avoided on the day of the appointment. A numbing topical is available for nervous clients or first-time sugaring, and it should be mentioned when booking.

Microneedling, also called collagen induction therapy or dermal needling, is offered for fine lines, wrinkles, acne scarring, stretch marks, pigmentation and scalp hair thinning. A numbing topical is applied for about 30 minutes before the roughly 15 to 30 minute procedure. Typical plans are three to six sessions four to six weeks apart, or six to eight sessions six to eight weeks apart for deeper concerns, with a yearly repeat suggested to maintain results. Clients are asked to stop retinol or Retin-A two days beforehand and avoid sun exposure or recent sunburn for at least 72 hours. Afterward, sunlight should be avoided for seven days, makeup for 12 hours, and swimming for 24 to 48 hours.
