Build-A-Wig is the business's custom wig service, priced from $125. Each wig is made from scratch with raw Cambodian hair. Clients choose a cap size (small at 21 to 21.5 inches, medium at 22 to 22.5, or large at 23 to 23.5), a lace type (lace closure or lace frontal), texture, length, part, style and custom color. Add-ons include installation, baby hairs, a blowout, cut lace and pin curls, and wand curls cost an extra $40. A curly version of the same service is also listed at $125.

For clients who already have their own hair, Custom Wig Made is listed at $300. The client supplies the bundles and the closure or frontal, and the business makes the wig. The Revamp Wig Service, at $130, is for existing wigs: the client drops off the unit and the business handles the rest. Lace closures start at $175 for the 5x5 size, and HD 13x4 frontals start at $250. Both are HD lace in a natural color, with a free part, single knots and a pre-plucked hairline.

The hair itself is sold as well. Raw Cambodian bundles start at $125 and are 100% human hair, with each bundle taken from a single donor and cuticles left intact. They have a slightly coarse texture with loose waves, medium luster and medium density, weigh about 4.5 to 5.0 ounces each, and come in lengths from 12 to 30 inches in natural 1B. The bundles are co-washed and air-dried before they ship. Other lines include Raw Boho Curly bulk hair and Boho Soft Wave, both from $110, sold for boho braids and custom installs, and raw wavy extensions sourced from Southeast Asia. The business describes its Cambodian hair as lasting up to 5+ years with proper care. Orders take 5 to 10 business days to prepare, then ship by USPS in 1 to 3 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, all sales are final, and clients are asked not to book hair appointments until their package arrives. For color on extensions, clients send inspiration photos after booking, and only approved hair is colored.

Booking works differently by service. Build-A-Wig requires approval through Shop Pay or Afterpay before a booking is made, and booking instructions are sent only when the client chooses email or text updates at checkout. Eligible hair services can be paid in four interest-free installments through Shop Pay or Afterpay, and Hair Reservations can be booked now and paid later in installments. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit of $25 to $200 secures a service and is applied to the total. The remaining balance is paid in cash or by Zelle, and debit and credit payments carry 8.25% tax.

Some policies add to the cost or affect timing. Appointments before 8:00 AM or after 8:00 PM carry a $100 surcharge, and appointments on Sunday or Monday carry a $150 surcharge. Clients have 10 to 15 minutes past their appointment time before it is cancelled. Seating is limited, so no additional guests or children are allowed. One reschedule within the same month is permitted. Appointments cancelled at least 48 hours ahead carry no penalty; later cancellations are charged 50% of the remaining balance, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full service.

The business describes its work as expert craftsmanship with a luxury standard, and says its hair has fullness, no shedding and no tangling.
