Lash extensions are semi-permanent and are applied to each natural lash with a surgical-grade adhesive. Six named sets are offered: Elegance, Finesse, Angel, Hybrid, Luscious and Vivid. Elegance places one extension on each natural lash, Finesse can be soft and natural or more dramatic, Angel uses ultra-thin lashes for a wispy finish, Hybrid combines classic lashes with handcrafted fans, Luscious uses handmade fans for a fuller look, and Vivid is the most dramatic volume option, using fluffy fans. Booking-page prices run from $55 for a 1 Week Elegance set to $450 for the Vivid set. The salon says its extensions are waterproof, last as long as they are refilled with up to four weeks of wear, and that its adhesive is hypoallergenic and its application painless. Lash services beyond sets include lash boosts, bottom lash extensions, lash and brow tinting, extension removal, application of your own strip lashes, Keratin and Korean lash lifts with tint, and a lash lift with tint and brow lamination combo at $260.

Brow work covers shaping by tweezing, waxing or threading, plus tinting and Restore Brows, which the booking page describes as using serums, oils and a derma pen. Custom Brows shape the brow with the client's preferred method and then tint it, at $50 for the standard version and $60 for the monthly version. Brow lamination smooths brow hair and sets it in an upward position; the site says results last about six weeks. Lamination costs $90 alone, $115 with shaping or tint, and $140 with shaping and custom tint, and a $12 try-on is available.

The facial menu includes the Signature HydraFacial at $199, which the salon says takes 30 minutes, the Deluxe HydraFacial at $280, and the Platinum HydraFacial at $310. Other facials include an Oxygenating Facial, a Customized Facial, a Purifying Acne Treatment, a Dermaplane Facial, an Age Defying Facial, a Corrective Chemical Peel and a Pure Back Facial. Add-ons include dermaplaning, neck treatment, lymphatic work, extractions, high frequency, an oxygen infuser and LED light therapy. The HydraFacial Perk Lips and Perk Eyes treatments use a PERK system on HydraFacial machines and cost $60 each; the salon says they include take-home products.

Booking requires a credit card, which is not charged until after the visit. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged the full service amount, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Per the booking page, deposits are non-refundable for no-shows and last-minute cancellations. Clients coming from another salon must call before booking a 1 Week or 2 Week lash appointment. Before a lash appointment, clients are asked to avoid caffeine or stimulants for up to four hours, arrive with a clean face and clean lashes, and avoid oil-based products around the eyes. Children are not permitted in the salon unless they are receiving a service; teens and young adults may book appointments.

The salon runs a private two-day lash extension course taught by Aimeé Michelle, with theory and mannequin practice on the first day and live model practice on the second. The course costs $1,200 and includes a professional lash kit for up to 50 models, along with ongoing support through social media and online. Classes are offered in English, Portuguese and Spanish, held at the salon, and completing the course earns a certificate from HighBrow Lash Bar. According to the site, the instructor has over nine years in the beauty industry.

Lash sets are built around the natural lash, from one extension per lash for an Elegance look to multiple fans per lash for a fuller Luscious look, and the salon describes its adhesive and application method as gentle.
