High Society Collective is a hair, lash, scalp and beauty salon on the corner of Lake and Winter in downtown Delaware. The salon says it tailors services to each guest's style, daily routine, maintenance preferences and longer-term goals, and that its treatments use salon-exclusive technologies.

About

New guests fill out a form before their first visit covering allergies, sensory needs, home care routines, service history and the result they want. Color consultations also cover current hair, color history, maintenance and lifestyle. Corrective color and extension work need a separate consultation appointment before they can be booked.

Hair services range from classic and clipper cuts and one-on-one styling lessons to blowouts, color, smoothing, Kérastase treatments and extensions. Color is packaged with the treatments and finishing steps the hair needs, and the express options are built for maintenance rather than transformation. Major transformations, previous box color, banding and color corrections are priced by time and product and may take several appointments. Extension methods include hand-tied wefts, I-tips, K-tips and Butterfly Wefts, with pricing set at consultation. Headspa visits open with a consultation and a microscopic scalp analysis.

Lash services are fully customized. Clients book by the fullness they want and how long it has been since their last visit rather than by a named style, and full sets take about two to three hours. Fills are recommended every two to three weeks, and the salon accepts fills for extensions applied elsewhere when the natural lashes are healthy. Natural lash options include a Korean lash lift, a lash lift with tint and a standalone lash tint. Brow services and body waxing round out the menu.

Booking is by phone or text at (614) 595-1410, and same-day bookings and booking questions are handled by text. The salon is open Tuesday 9 AM to 6 PM, Wednesday and Thursday 8 AM to 8 PM, Friday 8 AM to 4 PM and Saturday 9 AM to 4 PM, and is closed Sundays and Mondays. Parking is on Winter and Lewis Streets and in a dirt lot across from the salon, where time-limit signs are not enforced. Services are non-refundable, though complimentary adjustments are offered within 7 days for hair services and within 2 days for lash services. Guests agree to a cancellation, rescheduling, late arrival and no-show policy after booking.

Every service begins with a consultation of about 10 to 15 minutes, after which the provider builds a personal plan around the guest's goals, routine and realistic results.
