Color makes up much of the menu, from single-shade color and gray blending to highlights, lowlights, toning and a full blonde transformation. Several color services include a cut or a haircut is offered alongside them.

The studio's view is that hair should reflect the person wearing it and suit how they live day to day. Clients are encouraged to leave with a clear sense of how to care for and style their hair at home.

A cut and color consultation takes about 15 minutes and covers the look, upkeep and styling. Extension work requires a 25-minute extension consultation before anything can be booked, and root touch-ups needing more than 1 1/2 inches of new growth are booked as an all-over color instead.

The studio is open Monday from 8:30 AM to 1 PM, Thursday from 8 AM to 7 PM, Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday. Cancellations less than 24 hours ahead are charged 50% of the booked services, same-day no-shows are charged 100%, and arriving 15 or more minutes late may lead to the appointment being cancelled or rescheduled. Buy Now, Pay Later is accepted for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.

Hair should reflect the person wearing it and fit their everyday life, with services shaped around each client.
