The studio's services are shaped around professional women in mid-life and beyond. Lauren builds each appointment around a client's priorities, lifestyle and style, and aims to keep hair healthy whether the change is subtle or dramatic.
New color clients are encouraged to book an in-person Color Consultation first. The consultation fee is credited toward the client's next appointment. Bookings are made online through Vagaro at any hour, and clients who notice a problem with a cut or color should report it within 10 days so it can be adjusted.
Only Davines color is used in the studio, and the Davines hair care line is also used there. Retail products are available to buy, and special orders can be placed at any time. Specific products requested for an appointment may take 7 to 10 business days to ship.
Appointments are customized around each client's priorities, lifestyle and style, with the aim of keeping hair healthy through both subtle and high-impact color changes.
