Fantasy colors, color corrections and perms are not booked on the spot. Each needs a separate consultation first, which starts at $0 and runs about 15 minutes or more, to talk through hair history, goals, steps, timing, upkeep and pricing. Color services include root retouches, custom foil highlights and lowlights, all-over single-color work, and vivid refreshes for existing fantasy color.
Curly clients can choose between a Luxury Curl Cut, which adds a dry cut shaped to the hair's texture, a scalp treatment, a deep conditioner and a finish with a blowout or diffuse style, and a Wash and Go Curl Cut, which is a customized dry cut followed by a wash and style. Clients who had a specialty curl cut within the last four to six months can book a dry-only maintenance cut.
Regulars can join one of three monthly memberships, which include one, two or four blowouts a month along with a retail discount during the enrolled month. Bang trim packages of five or ten are also sold at a discounted rate. Membership benefits and package credits apply at checkout when services are booked as usual.
Bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit, which is held on the client's account as credit toward the next visit. The salon asks for at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel; later cancellations incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled services or forfeiture of the deposit, and a missed appointment without notice incurs a 50% fee. Buy Now, Pay Later is available for in-person bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
Services are planned around a consultation and tailored to the hair, with complex color and perm work scheduled only after that conversation.
