The studio is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM and on Saturdays from 9 AM to 4 PM, and it is closed on Sundays. A consultation takes 30 minutes and costs nothing, which suits anyone planning a lightening, color or perm service for the first time. Platinum work requires a consultation for first-time guests, and color correction requires one for existing clients.

The menu is organized into cuts, color, highlights, perms, styling, treatments, consultations and add-ons. Haircuts for women run about 60 minutes and include a wash and blow dry, men's cuts take about 45 minutes with a shampoo, and children's cuts for ages 12 and under take about an hour with a shampoo and blow dry. Lightening services range from foil highlights to full bleach and tone, and the studio lists balayage as a service priced on the day.

Deposits apply to new clients: $30 for a woman's haircut, $20 for a men's cut and $18 for a kid's cut. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without a phone call, carry a 50% fee.

Scalp and hair treatments include a tea tree scalp treatment for exfoliating the scalp and addressing dandruff, dry scalp and buildup, a B3 Bond Builder for repairing broken and compromised hair bonds, a purple hydrating repair mask for blonde hair, and a deep conditioning treatment that adds moisture. A 10-minute head massage is also offered for $10.
