Every treatment is tailored to the client at that day's appointment. The treatment menu includes a Custom Facial, a Healthy Skin Facial, a Dermaplane Express Facial, a Geneo Oxygenizing Facial, microneedling (including Skin Pen microneedling) and PRX.
The acne program begins with a consultation of about 30 minutes, which can be done virtually or in person. It reviews lifestyle habits, supplements, diet and every product a client uses, including haircare and makeup. Treatment routine visits take place every two to three weeks with Becca or Jess and include a surface-level acne peel from Face Reality along with any extractions. Once acne has settled, follow-up treatments move to monthly visits and usually include microneedling and brightening peels aimed at scar revision.
The Melasma Bootcamp starts with a 30-minute initial consultation that includes a complete skincare regimen, and the price of that consultation varies by appointment. Clients stay on their home routine for two weeks before in-office treatment begins. The approach pairs in-office procedures with homecare, carried out consistently and at a measured pace.
Clients can book individual appointments through an online booking page, where gift cards are also available. A 30-minute virtual consultation with founder Jess Clarke Higgins looks at skin type, ingredients and routine, and a New Client Intro Appointment is offered for people visiting for the first time.
Every treatment is customized at that day's appointment. Acne and melasma care combine in-office work with consistent homecare, and the acne program looks at underlying causes beyond surface clogged pores.
